At Remoki, shipments are at the buyer's expense, and your order is produced as quickly as possible. To facilitate this, we primarily use the shipping services of DHL or PostNL. It may happen that we occasionally use the services of other postal delivery companies.

Remoki aims to deliver the order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within seven days. If, for any reason, Remoki cannot meet this delivery, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Delivery is carried out through the shipping services of PostNL or DHL. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, Remoki cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
